A project by Vici MacDonald, ex-editor of Art World magazine, who explains her obsession here. Launched on 1/1/11, this blog will be updated daily, building into an alarming archive of bonkers burglar deterrents. Subjects range from cuddly creatures to mythical beasts, shadowy spies to seductive belles, with a lot of naive design in between. All this plus the alarms' political constituencies too!
